Today we had the following arrive:
Lobsters, Lobsters, Lobsters!! All sizes, all hard shells, all at good prices! All are product of Canada.
Scallops, Dry pack U-10, 10/20, 20/30 and Mexican Bays. Processed (wet) available as well. They all come packed in 8# gallons.
Plenty of Bluepoint and Local Oysters, please call before noon the day before for boutique varieties.
Another small shipment of John Dory is available.
Plenty of Icelandic farm raised Arctic Charr. All being cut from whole fish.
There is a good shot of Equadorian Mahi in the 10-15# range.
The Gulf of Mexico (Mexican side) has brought us Grouper and Lane Snappers.
From Belize we have some farm raised Cobia (also known as Lemonfish).
And from the waterman of Virginia we have plenty of wild Striped Bass (Rockfish) and jumbo Fluke Flounder.
There are whole bronzini’s, hybrid striped bass and snapper in the 1-2# range.
From the cold waters of New England we have Skate, Cod, Haddock, Pollack and Jumbo Monk!!
As always, we have plenty of rainbow trout, catfish and tilapia.
And of course we have plenty of #1 and #2+ Tuna coming from the Marshall Islands.
The mussels are coming in daily as well as plenty of domestic and Venezuelan crabmeat.

Clams, clams, clams (Top necks, little necks and pasta necks)
Lobsters, Canadian Hard Shells, all sizes. Who needs Turkey on Thanksgiving, surprise everyone with a bucket of steaming lobsters!!
There is a small amount of John Dory left as well as a few pounds of Sturgeon. These are great items for the customer who is looking for something out of the ordinary to run as a special.

Lane Snappers from Panama
Rainbow trout, Catfish, Tilapia, Pollock, Haddock and Bluefish for those looking for a less expensive alternative.

The very successful farming of fish has also produced Trout’s, Artic Chars, Catfish, and Tilapia. These all come whole or fillets.
Boston Sword right from the Grand Banks of Newfoundland.
New England fisheries are strongly stocked now due to consistent regulatory policing by the Environmentalist. It has produced a run of Cod, Pollock, Haddock, Monkfish and the lowly Blue that is always very fresh and sought after.
The southern areas send us a lot of Black Grouper and Red Grouper that make a showcase pretty don’t forget all the Snappers they have. Now we have Caribbean Reds and B-liners 1 to 2’s Lane Snappers and The larger Muttons.
Crabmeats to Shrimps we have it all.

The Halibut are up to 40lbs and are all prechecked for chalkyness then checked again on arrival.

The Coho’s are still smelling sweet and holding their red gills.
We have in 4lb grey Grouper with slimy red gills and are very firm. Perfect for selling whole.
We have some smaller whole Sea bass that could be sold whole; beautiful white flesh.
Also just in are 23lbs of Red Snapper fillets PBO 1lb up sides.
All the New England fish have spawned now and are getting fat. Cod, Haddock, Monk, Pollock all very fresh and meaty.
The large bullet cut Cobia is an amazing hunk of fish. Stays firm and rigid for weeks. Could be sold as new in-house any day of the week. Sizes up to 8lbs Lane Snappers holding color long time and bloody red gills. These are always
4 to 6lb and any easy sell because of beauty.
Large fresh Mahi’s for the perfect side cut.
The Frozen Mexican Red snappers are back and we have maybe 1200lb in house 6 ups.
Don’t for get the larger whole Chars. Great color.
The Rocks 2/4 and 5/8 are the freshest in town. The large Bluefin Tuna very fatty and looking like top cut filetmignon. 90 lb chunk Japan quality.
We have about 24 1 ½ Black bass that are still red gilled, half of them
have been scaled and gutted ready to fly out.
2 large headon King Salmon.
A 1lb can of fresh Claw crabmeat perfect for a good stuffer.
