Tuesday August 28th is our next Chef Educational Journey with Maryland DNR
Sign up now to join August second Chef journey to Cambridge Maryland with Steve Vilnit of Maryland DNR Fisheries Dept. This program has educated over 300 local Chefs on catch methods, sustainability, lives and products of our local seafood community. I have been in the seafood business for 20 years and I learn something new every trip! This trip will a tour of Marylands oldest crab picking facility JM Clayton Seafood Co and visit Choptank Sweet oyster farm. Depending on time, we might come up with more things to see and lunch will be involved. We will meet at ProFish 1900 Fenwick Street NE Washington DC 20002 Mapquest 7:15am to take our 15 passenger van to Cambridge. If you would prefer to drive yourself you can meet us at JM Clayton 108 Commerce St Cambridge Md 21613 Mapquest at approximately 9:15am.
