Strasburger and Seigel Inspections

Full facility Audits were performed by Strasburger and Seigel during our Smoked Fish production.   The Smoked Facility ceased operations in 2001.

** A Certificate of Analysis is issued when a physical swab test is conducted on a specific piece(s) of equipment or specific area(s) in the warehouse.  When there is a Certificate of Anlaysis date listed above, multiple certificates, too numerous to detail individually here, are produced.  This aggressive testing is to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.  The certificate details bacteria and other related biogen counts as proof of our sanitary operations.
